Well this is post number 2. Thought I would talk abit about what is going on. I tell you what tho. Bariactric Advantage is a lifesaver. For them to give me my vitamins for the surgery is such a blessing. I have not heard of a company ever to do that. All I can say is "thank you Bariactric Advantage".
Its 27 more days till my surgery and cant wait for it to be here. I am looking forward to starting new. This weight is depressing sometimes. But, I know it will be gone before long.

Pre Op diet Day 1
Ok so today I started my 8 day pre op diet. Wow that means surgery is just around the corner.
This morning I had a hazelnut coffee protein shake and this after noon I had a lean cusien meal cannaloni. Wasnt to bad. I think I will have a pizza lean cusiene meal. I was allowed a yogart with lunch but didnt have it. I might eat it tonight with my night shake.
I am also drinking some sobe life water acai fruit punch. Got a little aftertaste but not to bad. 0 calories it what I am looking for.
I am a bit nervous about surgery this next week but not to bad. I have started packing and putting things were they need to go.

OMG the critics http://www.laurenshope.com
so the other day my nieghbor came up to me and asked why I was doing this surgery. I told her to help me lose wieght, and she remarks. You know that doesnt work right. I ask how she figured it doesnt work. She told me that I have to be willing to change my whole life around and everything. I told her I knew and she said all the people that she has seen have this surgery failed. WOW. I couldnt believe it. And the worse part about it is she told me this when my daughter wasnt there. Im thinking she didnt want to her my daughter say any thing about it.
I kinda just sat there and looked at her at 1st then told her. Well maybe those people didnt changed there lives like they should have. I am not that person. I am me. She just gave me that "yeah right" look.
Why do people have to butt in that way.
Well I just have to say to everyone. Im gonna do this. I have my family's blessing and its in 22 more days....Wish me luck
